Property enquiries arrive in the evenings and at weekends too. Your configured automations can be triggered 24/7, so preparation can start outside office hours. David's personal support includes weekends, with response and review times agreed during setup.
An appraisal request can enter preparation while you continue with your clients. Once the draft has been checked, it is emailed to you for your final judgement and approval. The aim is to help you respond promptly and make a professional first impression while the enquiry is still current.
We review your database, tools, brand and approved examples, then agree responsibilities, approval points, turnaround expectations and what a good result looks like.
