The main service is automating an agreed part of your work. We start with the task and choose the tools around it, whether that means configuring an existing product or building a custom workflow.
Build it into your existing tools
We use suitable off-the-shelf AI tools and build custom connections where needed. The workflow handles the agreed task from input to output, with checks and approval points built into the process.
Set you up to use it
We test the workflow with you and teach you how to run it, check the result and handle exceptions. We explain the relevant risks, information-handling rules and limits of the tools.
Host it if you need us to
We can host and maintain the automation, with an agreed way to request work and receive the output. Hosting, support and any human review are scoped separately.
Setup is a scoped project. Ongoing hosting, software costs and support are agreed separately, so you know what is included.

Some clients want a working setup and the knowledge to operate it. Others want to request an output through an agreed channel, such as Slack, while we take care of the automation behind it.
We agree who operates the workflow, what information it can use, how errors are handled and where approval is required. Personal support and output checks are included where agreed.
Availability and human review
Configured automations can accept requests around the clock, so preparation can start outside office hours. David's personal support includes weekends, with response and review times agreed during setup. A request being accepted does not mean instant completion or continuous human staffing.
Pausing an ongoing managed service
A service pause can be arranged with advance notice. We confirm the dates, scheduled work and continuing software costs. A reduced holding fee covers retaining the agreed setup, procedures, templates and preferences during the pause. Before resuming, we check for changes to your systems, access and priorities.
